What you'll do

Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue, with a focus on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies
Identify opportunities to use AI to improve the player experience, engagement, personalization, content, and live operations of Paper.io2
Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery
Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch
Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts
Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact
Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices
