Add ideal job titles, must-have skills, dealbreakers, preferred industries, remote or hybrid preference, salary range if you have one, and examples of roles you would love or hate. The more context you provide, the more accurate the results. Also review and refine together with the agent. If the results are off, adjust keywords, widen or narrow location, and update skills.

Intent-based matching means we look beyond exact keywords. If you say you want a role focused on platform reliability, we can surface positions labeled SRE, infrastructure engineer, backend engineer, or production engineering depending on the actual responsibilities.

Yes. If you describe what you enjoy doing and what you want to avoid, the system can suggest adjacent roles, alternative titles, and companies that match your preferences even when they use different wording in their job posts.

We aggregate vacancies from major job platforms and also scan direct company career pages. This creates one unified view of roles across many sources, so you do not need to look at multiple places.

We aim to keep listings up to date, but openings can close quickly. If a job is removed or filled on the source site, it may take some time to reflect in our database.

Yes. You can save roles you like while browsing or chatting, so you can review them later and compare options.

Ranking is based on the preferences you share and your profile details. Factors can include role requirements, skills alignment, location and remote fit, seniority, and other signals you mention like industry or company size.

Your AI Readiness Score shows how AI is changing your role in the Netherlands job market. We map your skills against current demand for your profession, not a generic average. The score runs from 0 to 100 and is updated weekly. You also see adjacent domains your skills could transfer into and specific skills that would strengthen your position. No application is required to view it.

CV Alignment compares your CV against a specific job posting and shows where the wording matches, where ATS screeners may miss real experience, and where gaps are worth addressing before you apply. We do not invent experience or pad your CV. The goal is an honest version that reads clearly to both automated screeners and recruiters.

Beta features such as AI Readiness Score and CV Alignment are available early while we keep improving them. They may change in design, scope, or availability as we learn from real use. Core job search, alerts, and matching continue to work independently of beta features.

Once you set your criteria, our monitoring engine continuously scans for new roles that match what you want. When a relevant opening appears, you get notified based on your chosen frequency, such as daily or weekly.

Yes. You can set alerts to instant for time-sensitive searches, or choose a scheduled digest such as daily or weekly to review new opportunities in batches.

Yes. You can create multiple alert rules, for example instant alerts for senior individual contributor roles and a weekly digest for lead or management roles.

Very specific. Alerts are linked to your search, so you can set criteria around role, seniority, remote or hybrid, location radius, company benefits, industry, and much more. You can also include dealbreakers to avoid irrelevant notifications.

You can tighten your criteria, reduce frequency, add dealbreakers, or pause an alert at any time.

You can broaden your criteria. Try expanding location, allowing hybrid instead of remote only, widening acceptable titles, or reducing must-have requirements.

Yes. You can pause alerts when you are not actively searching and resume them later, or delete them completely.

Yes. Monitoring runs continuously so you do not need to manually re-search every day.

Keep your preferences updated. If your priorities change, tell the chat or update your profile so matching and alerts adapt accordingly.

Yes. The platform interface is currently only available in English. However, our AI agent can chat in any language and help you understand and analyze job openings, including translating key parts and summarizing requirements.

Core AI roles are built around AI work itself, such as machine learning, data science, or production AI systems. AI-enabled roles use AI as part of the job context, tooling, or skill set without AI being the whole function. Yes. Core job discovery, Smart Search, matching, and job alerts are free for candidates. If we introduce paid plans for premium features in the future, we will publish pricing clearly before anything becomes paid.

Start from the sign-in page. You can sign in with Google or by entering the email address linked to your account. If you use email, we send a secure sign-in link, so check your inbox and spam folder. Links expire after a short time, so request a new one if needed. Use the same sign-in method and email you signed up with. If you still cannot get in, contact jobs.support@slashhash.ai from that email address.

Your application tracker is a private list of roles you are pursuing inside SlashHash. You can save jobs, update statuses, and keep track of where you applied without sharing that overview with other companies.

Yes. You can update or remove applications in your application tracker inside the app. Open the tracker, select the role, and change the status or delete the entry. This only updates your personal tracker; it does not withdraw an application already submitted on an employer's site.

We use your data to run the core features: finding and ranking job matches, powering the smart chat and recommendations, sending notifications you enable, and helping you track what you applied to. We store your data securely and only keep what we need to provide the service. You stay in control of your profile and visibility settings. Yes. You can delete your profile from your profile settings. After deletion, we remove your personal data from the product, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.

We do not share your data with recruiters by default. If you choose to, you can make your profile visible to relevant companies that are looking for candidates like you. That visibility is optional and meant to be targeted, not broadcast.

Only you can see your full application tracker. A company should only see what you send them as part of an application.
