The role involves designing and maintaining hardware-integrated systems in real-time Linux environments, collaborating with hardware and systems engineers. Requires 4–7 years of professional C++ experience and strong modern C++ (C++17/20) skills.

What you'll do

Take ownership of software components within hardware-integrated systems
Design, implement, and improve robust C++ software interacting with multiple subsystems and real-time environments
Collaborate with hardware engineers, systems engineers, and other software developers
Ensure system reliability, maintainability, and performance
Contribute to debugging, automated testing, and code reviews
Design and maintain structured state-machine-based logic
Integrate evolving hardware components into the software stack
Contribute to system-level design discussions and technical decisions
Improve testability and automated verification strategies
Help raise software quality standards
