Vinted is seeking a Lead iOS Engineer to join its Design Systems team, owning the technical direction of the shared iOS component library and design-system tooling. The role requires strong hands-on experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Swift concurrency, plus experience scaling modular iOS applications and design systems used by multiple teams.

What you'll do

Be the go-to iOS engineer and technical decision-maker for the Design Systems domain
Own architecture and design decisions for the shared iOS component library and design-system tooling
Push components toward greater composability and flexibility
Help make the design system AI-ready
Improve processes behind how design assets are maintained and shipped
Drive module boundaries, dependency direction, and API design
Improve engineering quality and developer productivity across the domain
Apply modern Swift concurrency to keep the codebase safe and maintainable
Represent iOS in the Frontend Platform Council
Collaborate closely with Staff Engineers, EMs, PMs, Designers, and Android/Web engineers
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar
