Vanderlande is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for its manufacturing operations in Veghel, Netherlands. The role focuses on proactive quality assurance, new product introduction, process improvements, and supplier management. Candidates should have an HBO degree in engineering or related field, experience with FMEA and root cause analysis, and fluency in Dutch and English.

What you'll do

Lead and facilitate Product and Process FMEAs to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Capture and translate lessons learned into standardized processes and best practices.
Drive Root Cause Analysis investigations for quality, reliability, and manufacturing process issues.
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, PDCA, and Ishikawa.
Coach cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
Support prototype builds, pilot runs, and industrialization projects.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate design requirements into manufacturing processes.
Embed quality requirements throughout process development and NPI phases.
Analyze manufacturing performance and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Lead initiatives to enhance process standardization and operational excellence.
Contribute to the development and improvement of quality standards and procedures.
