Internship focused on exploring how AI can transform HR operations within Vanderlande's Global HR Service Desk in Veghel. The intern will analyze ticket and process data, identify AI use cases, and develop a proof of concept to streamline first-line HR support. Requires enrollment in a Dutch education system and residency in the Netherlands.

What you'll do

Map current service desk activities, recurring ticket patterns, manual steps, and operational bottlenecks.
Analyse ticket and process data to identify actionable optimization opportunities.
Conduct interviews with service desk colleagues and key HR stakeholders to capture functional needs.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on feasibility, value, risk, and user experience impact.
Explore solutions such as smart search, response drafting, ticket classification, and process automation.
Develop and test a practical proof of concept or process prototype.
Present research findings, an implementation roadmap, and recommendations to the HR Service Desk Management Team.
