Vanderlande is offering a 6-month internship starting February 2026 in Veghel to design and build the company's first reusable AI skill catalogue. The intern will research user needs, define a governance framework, develop reusable AI skills using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, and deliver an advisory report. Candidates must be enrolled in a Dutch education system and reside in the Netherlands.
What you'll do
- Research user needs for reusable AI skills across various business departments and citizen developer workflows
- Define a clear framework for the Vanderlande skill catalogue, including taxonomy, governance, quality standards, and user guidance
- Develop and document an initial set of reusable AI skills for productivity, automated knowledge retrieval, and process optimization
