Transferz is seeking a Product Manager to own product outcomes for a global ground transportation platform. The role requires 2+ years of product management experience in tech, strong data and technical skills, and AI fluency, based on-site in Amsterdam.

What you'll do

Set the direction and own the roadmap for your area, making trade-offs explicit
Understand current and evolving needs of all stakeholders and prioritise for impact
Define and track KPIs such as partner onboarding time, booking conversion, on-time pickups, complaint rate
Bring the team along by aligning engineering, design, data, operations, commercial and partners
Turn company bets into results by aligning teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery
Proactively identify opportunities by talking to travellers, partners, drivers and ops, digging into data, and validating with prototypes or customer calls
Work in person from the Amsterdam office and collaborate across time zones with colleagues in Cordoba and Bangkok
