The role involves analyzing user behavior, translating business requirements into intuitive design concepts, and developing prototypes for consumer and business support portals for AOC and Philips products. Requires current university or polytechnic enrollment, UI/UX design tool experience (preferably Figma), and strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'll do

Analyse the customer journey: Evaluate existing customer journeys and UI/UX to identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate requirements into solutions: Process business and legal requirements related to UI/UX design.
Develop design concepts: Map customer journeys and conceptualize new solutions and improvements.
Create interactive prototypes: Turn design concepts into prototypes to gather initial user feedback.
Support website development: Help prepare development requests for the IT team based on approved designs.
Conduct user testing: Verify website developments through user tests before and after implementation.
Contribute to continuous improvement: Support the team's ongoing plans to enhance the websites and digital customer experience.
