Mechanical Engineering Intern
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join the TEM Solutions R&D team in Eindhoven. The intern will work on mechanical simulations, design, and testing of high-tech electron-microscope modules, collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team. Candidates should be HBO or university students in mechanical engineering with experience in tools like Matlab, Simulink, and ANSYS.
What you'll do
- Perform mechanical simulations and analysis on systems and subsystems
- Design, analyze and test mechanical systems, subsystems on mechatronic performance
- Collaborate with a team of engineers covering multiple competences (mechatronics, electrical, software, dynamics)
