The role suits a student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, with strong analytical and communication skills.

What you'll do

Support day-to-day operational activities and improvement projects
Analyze operational data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity
Help create and maintain reports, dashboards, work instructions, and process documentation
Support root-cause analysis and the implementation of corrective or preventive actions
Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders within the Eindhoven organization
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned projects
Take ownership of an internship project and present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
