EHS Intern
EHS Intern position at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Eindhoven, supporting the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager in conducting an EHS Gap Analysis. The intern will assess safety maturity, map risks, and propose an improvement plan, requiring a Bachelor's student in Integral Safety Science, proficiency in Dutch and English, and availability for at least 6 months.
What you'll do
- Inventory of the current safety level, including applying policies, management involvement and employee participation, education, and training
- Update of the GAP Analysis tool, including evidence referrals
- Action Plan proposal with involvement of the main stakeholders
- Present the output of your work to the Site Leadership
