What you'll do

Support the Community Support and Advising Managers and Head of Reservations with the design, implementation, and optimization of service communication processes and procedures
Use data to create, maintain and optimize content for Help Center & Chat bot channels
Assist in organizing and documenting communication materials, such as photos, videos, and testimonials
Work with a variety of stakeholders to select, implement, or improve customer service-related communication, procedures, or systems
Collaborate with the communication team to develop engaging content for various service initiatives
Conduct research on communication best practices and contribute ideas to enhance omnichannel communication strategies
