Project Manager Stay Intern
The Social Hub is seeking a Project Manager Stay Operations Intern to support room operations across 21 hubs, reporting to the Stay Operations Manager. The role involves auditing compliance, monitoring guest feedback, and implementing technology solutions, requiring a student in Hospitality Management or a related field, fluent in English and enrolled in an EU university.
What you'll do
- Support the Stay Operations Manager and Hospitality Manager Stay with overseeing day-to-day room operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Conduct regular auditing of compliancy to TSH standard across all Stay products.
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement, new offerings, and revenue growth in room operations.
- Support with the implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.
