Membership Operations Intern needed at The Social Hub's Amsterdam headquarters to support the Membership team across Coworking, Meeting & Events, and Membership operations in 21 locations. Requires enrollment in WO/HBO, fluency in English, legal permission to work in the Netherlands, and availability for a full-time 40-hour/week internship for 6-7 months starting February 2027.

What you'll do

Reactive operational support: Answer questions and solve problems across multiple platforms related to Coworking, Meeting & Events and Membership.
Help standardize processes, tools, and workflows for operations
Project support: Internal research, quality and operational procedures
Project management: Tracking deadlines, agendas, and taking charge of projects
Communication: help host monthly meetings for the operational teams.
Develop training: assist with the development of training (in-person and e-learning)
Data analysis: Conceptualizing reports & highlights
