HR / People Operations Intern
The Social Hub is seeking an HR / People Operations Intern to support its growing international team in Amsterdam. The intern will work closely with People Specialists across operational, administrative and strategic HR tasks during a 5-6 month internship starting February 2027. Candidates must be EU-enrolled bachelor students in Human Resources, Hospitality or related, fluent in English, and legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact to support employees and managers on HR related questions
- Help with coordinating the onboarding/offboarding process of new employees
- Maintain and update HR documentation and update employee details in HR software
