Internship as Community Group Reservations Sales Intern at The Social Hub in Amsterdam, a hybrid hospitality company. Requires a student enrolled in a relevant bachelor's program, fluent English, and availability for 5-6 months including weekends.

What you'll do

Take enquiries and bookings via various channels
Execute financial handlings such as sending out, checking and raising invoices
Prepare arrival information with completed final and accurate details for our local colleagues, to ensure the best experience for our guests
Work with our Hotel Management Systems (Mews, Pxier and Omniboost), Zendesk, Salesforce and our other main systems
Advise our guests on the services and products TSH has to offer
Respond to inquiries via email, telephone and other channels regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
Resolve guest’s challenges & complaints in a quick, efficient manner to maintain the guest satisfaction and quality of our service
Assist & help co-team members in servicing the guests during peak moments
Support our local operations team, to deliver unforgettable experiences for all our guests
