The Hoxton, Lloyd is seeking a People & Culture Intern in Amsterdam for a 5–6 month internship starting ideally in January 2027. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, training coordination, and team engagement, requiring a current Bachelor's or Master's student in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or a related field, fluent in English with Dutch as a strong plus.

What you'll do

Support recruitment from start to finish, including CV screening, initial candidate calls and interview planning.
Post vacancies on our careers page and relevant recruitment platforms to help us find the right people.
Help welcome new team members by coordinating onboarding, organising coffee chats and making sure they feel at home from day one.
Keep employee records and HR systems up to date, including setting up accounts and supporting administrative processes.
Track training completion and assist with organising training sessions and development activities.
Help bring our team together by organising team events, celebrations and engagement initiatives.
Support internal communication, keeping the team informed about important updates, activities and opportunities.
Assist with everyday P&C administration, from scanning and filing documents to ordering business cards and preparing paperwork.
Handle employee information with care and confidentiality.
Be a go-to person for the team, helping colleagues with questions and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
