No prior hotel experience is required, but a passion for hospitality and availability for at least 6 months are essential.

What you'll do

Welcome guests and make them feel special
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring bills are correct
Collaborate with all teams and assist Front Office Manager with overbooking levels
Answer phones, handle requests, and provide local recommendations
Act as gatekeeper for the hotel, knowing who's who and what's what
Perform administrative tasks such as expenses, lists, and stationery orders
