What you'll do

Welcome guests and make them feel special
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring bills are correct
Work with all teams to ensure smooth operations and assist with overbooking levels
Answer phones, sort requests, and provide local recommendations
Act as gatekeeper for the hotel, knowing who's who and what's what
Perform administrative tasks such as expenses, lists, and stationery orders
