Base360.ai is hiring a Product Engineer to build an AI operating system for short-term rental businesses. The role involves owning features end-to-end across frontend, backend, integrations, and AI-powered workflows, working closely with founders, designers, and operators. Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and cloud architecture is required.

What you'll do

Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows and identify friction
Take features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment
Work with designers to create intuitive user experiences for complex operations
Build event-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks
Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, triage maintenance requests, and support pricing decisions
Build reliable APIs and integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google
Build solutions for real-time reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock access, automated guest communication, and operational forecasting
Use customer feedback and product usage to evaluate and improve features
Make sound technical decisions balancing delivery speed, maintainability, security, and reliability
