Senior Backend Developer (Elixir)
Tellent is hiring a Senior Backend Developer (Elixir) to work on Recruitee, its Applicant Tracking System. The role involves building and modernizing scalable backend solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of features. Candidates need commercial Elixir experience or strong backend experience in Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, or PHP with motivation to learn Elixir.
What you'll do
- Build and improve reliable, scalable backend solutions for Tellent Recruitee, our core Applicant Tracking System used by thousands of organizations globally.
- Develop new capabilities while also modernizing and improving our existing codebase to increase performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design and implement solutions that balance technical quality with customer and business needs.
