SEO/GEO Specialist Contractor

team.blue is seeking an Organic Search Specialist to join its Marketing Center of Excellence as a temporary contractor, owning SEO/GEO for the BE market and supporting NL brands. The role requires 3-5+ years of SEO experience, fluency in English and Dutch/Flemish, and hands-on experience with Semrush.

What you'll do

Supporting the performance and ramp-up of GEO
Partner with the local team to define and coordinate the SEO roadmap for the BE market
Support our NL senior specialist with SEO/GEO optimization for the NL market
Produce technical audits and recommendations to ensure search engines can effectively crawl and index our content
Work with stakeholders to execute initiatives that increase visibility, traffic, and conversions originating from SEO and LLMs
Stay on top of the latest Organic Search industry developments and translate them into new project opportunities
Act as part of the central organic search team, sharing knowledge and learnings to help elevate the team's overall SEO skillset
