Senior Product Manager
team.blue hub, an internal startup within the team.blue group, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product end-to-end for one of its Hub squads. The role requires 5+ years of end-to-end product experience, strong product judgment, and daily use of AI-augmented workflows. This is a senior individual contributor role based in Leiden on a hybrid basis.
What you'll do
- Own product decisions for the squad’s current scope, with the authority and judgment to move work forward.
- Prioritize and sequence the squad backlog week by week, balancing impact, feasibility, and dependencies.
- Write clear user stories, success metrics, product briefs, and written specifications.
