Internship Talent Acquisition
Sunweb Group is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition intern to join their People, Culture & Organization team in Rotterdam. This work-along internship is for a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme, offering hands-on experience in recruitment and HR. The role is hybrid, requiring 50% office presence, and runs for 5 months starting January/February 2027.
What you'll do
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment activities such as drafting job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and supporting the candidate journey.
- Support the full employee life cycle by handling operational tasks related to contracts, employee data, and day-to-day HR queries.
- Maintain and update employee files with accuracy and attention to detail.
