Intern Compliance HR Operations
Stryker is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern for its HR Operations team in Amsterdam. The intern will support compliance, audit, internal controls, documentation review, and process improvement activities across EMEA, with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management. Candidates must be enrolled at a European university, fluent in English, and have EU working rights.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day compliance and internal control activities within HR Operations
- Collect, organize, review and maintain information, evidence, checklists, and records for compliance, SOX, internal control, and audit activities
- Assist with control testing and audit requests by gathering evidence and documenting results
