Learning & Development Intern needed for the Commercial Excellence team in 's-Hertogenbosch, supporting training delivery, learning materials, and internal communication platforms. Requires HBO/WO studies (2nd year+), full-time availability (32-40 hours), and strong organizational and communication skills in English.
What you'll do
- Support administrative L&D tasks such as planning, tracking, documentation and follow-up of training feedback, participation or survey results
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions
- Contribute to ongoing and future training program initiatives and improvements
