SoftwareOne is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to help build a new Security Operations Centre (SOC) in the Netherlands. The role involves investigating security alerts, monitoring events using Microsoft Security technologies, and collaborating with customers and the European cybersecurity team. Requires SOC experience, knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies, and professional Dutch and English communication skills.

What you'll do

Investigate and respond to security alerts, incidents, and cyber threats affecting customer environments.
Monitor and analyze security events using Microsoft Security technologies and security monitoring platforms.
Support threat detection, incident response, and security improvement activities.
Work closely with customers, providing guidance and updates during security investigations.
Contribute to SOC processes, operational procedures, and continuous service improvements.
Collaborate with colleagues across the European cybersecurity team and support the growth of the Dutch SOC capability.
