Sia is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in Amsterdam to build and deploy GenAI applications such as agents, RAG pipelines, and copilots for clients. The role blends data science, ML/platform engineering, and client delivery, requiring 2+ years of experience, strong Python skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
What you'll do
- Sit with a client's team, work out where AI actually earns its keep, and turn that into something shippable
- Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces
- Integrate solutions into clients' existing environments (APIs, databases, business tools), complying with applicable regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, model licenses)
