Senior Product Manager, Netherlands Payroll
Shine, a European fintech unicorn part of Cegid, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for its Netherlands payroll product (Employes by Shine). The role requires strong B2B SaaS product management experience, technical affinity, and fluency in English and Dutch, with hybrid work in Amsterdam.
What you'll do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for our Netherlands payroll product, translating company and Payroll Tribe strategy into clear priorities and trade-offs for the team.
- Lead product discovery to identify the highest-impact customer and business problems, and work closely with Engineering, Design and our Payroll Expert to turn complex payroll requirements into simple, scalable product solutions.
- Drive product initiatives end-to-end — from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption and measurement of impact — using customer insights, product data and commercial performance to inform decisions.
