M&A Intern (m/f/d) (May - August 2027)
Sancovia Corporate Finance, an international M&A boutique, is seeking an M&A Intern for its Amsterdam team from May to August 2027 (~4 months). The role involves independent research and analysis of investment fields and target companies, financial analysis, and supporting buy-side buy & build projects. Candidates should have a near-completed WO Bachelor in business administration (ideally corporate finance), strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent Dutch and English language skills.
What you'll do
- Independently researching and analysing current/potential investment fields and target companies
- Analysing key financial figures and independently carrying out company, market and competition analyses
- Preparation of decision papers for investments, in particular long lists as well as industry and company analyses
