Legal Internship
Road is seeking a curious, analytical Law student for a Legal Internship at its Amsterdam headquarters. The intern will support the in-house Legal team across commercial and corporate law, including contract review and drafting, legal research, negotiations and compliance. Candidates must be enrolled in a Master's degree in Law and available 32-40 hours per week for at least 5 months starting January 2027.
What you'll do
- Support the review and drafting of commercial agreements, identifying key contractual provisions, assessing legal risks and proposing well-reasoned solutions
- Gain practical experience across the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to signing, documentation and record-keeping
- Conduct research into relevant EU and local legislation, analyse legal questions and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations
