Road is seeking an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across HR functions, combining day-to-day HR operations with research and project-based work. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, people analytics and organisational development within a fast-growing, international EV charging company in Amsterdam. Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme and available for 4-6 months starting January 2027.

What you'll do

Conduct research into HR trends, best practices and organisational challenges and contribute to evidence-based recommendations
Support the evaluation of employee engagement initiatives and analyse employee feedback
Assist with research, evaluation and improvements related to performance management, competency frameworks and talent management
Support the collection, analysis and interpretation of HR data and translate findings into actionable insights
Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation and updating HR systems
Assist with recruitment activities, candidate communication, interview coordination and onboarding
Research and review HR policies and support the improvement of internal procedures
Assist with HR communications, respond to employee inquiries and support coordination of HR-related activities
