Richemont is seeking a Workplace & Hospitality Intern in Amsterdam to support the Workplace & Facilities team on hospitality and soft services, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality office environment. The role offers hands-on experience in luxury corporate hospitality, internal events, service quality and day-to-day workplace operations. Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program for the full 6-month internship and be fluent in English.

What you'll do

Help deliver a welcoming, high-end experience for employees, Maisons, visitors and guests, in line with Richemont standards
Register visitors and suppliers, and support reception with guest arrivals, incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Set up meeting rooms to high hospitality standards and ensure common areas are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
Support the organization of internal employee and VIP events, from preparation and set-up to follow-up
Manage internal communication in the building for events and workplace updates
Take ownership of selected employee engagement initiatives
Help monitor the quality of soft services such as cleaning, catering and coffee, including audits and follow-up actions
Coordinate with soft services suppliers to schedule services and resolve day-to-day issues
Contribute to hospitality projects and improvement initiatives across the office
Manage the shared inbox and incoming requests via ServiceNow, ensuring prompt response to employee inquiries
Keep the facilities calendar up to date
Prepare reports and presentations as needed, such as dashboards and waste and energy reporting for ESG
Assist with vendor creation, modification and extension
