Workplace & Facilities Intern at Richemont in Amsterdam, supporting the Facilities department with internal communication, building projects, and administrative tasks. Requires enrollment in an HBO or University program for the full 6-month internship starting February 2027, and fluency in English and Dutch.

What you'll do

Being the point of contact for external visitors
Providing guidance and support for external technical parties within the building
Facilitating internal communication regarding ongoing and future building projects
Assist with incoming technical requests via ServiceNow
Assisting with the follow-up of utilities contracts, Energy Management, and ESG reporting across all five countries
Supporting occupancy surveys and other relevant data collection
Supporting with administrative tasks (invoicing, vendor creation, compliance)
Aiding with internal moves within the building
Contributing to the implementation of ServiceNow for all five countries
