Richemont is seeking a passionate university student for a full-time, 6-month Talent Acquisition Internship covering the Benelux & Nordics region, based in Amsterdam. The intern will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, support sourcing and candidate experience, and contribute to campus and employer branding initiatives.

What you'll do

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers) specifically for internship positions and ad-hoc retail & logistics roles.
Assist TA Partners with Office and Retail hires by using LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS to map, source, and pipeline talent.
Serve as a main point of contact for candidates, managing scheduling, timely feedback, and smooth onboarding coordination.
Help plan and execute university career fairs, campus activations, and early-career recruitment initiatives.
Maintain accurate candidate data within Workday and LinkedIn, assisting with regular recruitment reporting.
Contribute to global TA community projects, such as optimizing the Intern Induction program and supporting process improvements.
