Talent Acquisition Europe Intern
Paid six-month Talent Acquisition Europe internship at Richemont in Amsterdam, starting February 2027. The role offers full-cycle recruitment training, headhunting and talent pooling experience within an international luxury goods organisation. Candidates must be enrolled university students for the entire internship duration and be fluent in English plus German and/or Italian.

- Learn how a full cycle Talent Acquisition process works together with the TA community
- Collaborate with and support TA Partners and the business in building strong pipelines of future talent
- Complete training in procedures, tools and practices
