HR Intern position at Richemont in Amsterdam, supporting the HR team for the Benelux & Nordics region. The role involves day-to-day HR activities, first-line employee support, HR dashboards, and Learning & Development and performance cycle support. Candidates must be enrolled at a hogeschool or university, fluent in Dutch and English, experienced with Excel, and available for a 6-month internship starting February 2027.

What you'll do

Supporting day-to-day HR activities for the Benelux & Nordics region related to onboarding, offboarding, internal moves and other contractual changes
Facilitating employees with first-line support in their HR related questions and creating HR dashboards with HR KPIs for managers
Supporting the HR Business Partners in Learning & Development activities, such as Talent Assessment, Potential Assessment and Talent Development
Supporting the HR Business Partners in activities related to the Annual Performance Cycle, such as Mid-Year reviews, annual performance reviews, and performance calibration
Ensuring employee files are up to date, accurately maintained, and organized in line with company policies and data privacy requirements
Contributing to several (compliance) project implementations
Working closely together with the HR team to see the full scope of what makes it fun to be in HR
