E-Commerce Operations Intern

Richemont is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Intern to join its Europe team in Amsterdam for a 6-month full-time internship starting February 2027. The intern will support operational excellence, process governance, and transformation initiatives across multiple luxury Maisons, requiring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and fluency in English.

What you'll do

Support the mapping, documentation and continuous improvement of end-to-end e-commerce operational flows, including order management, returns, exchanges and related client operations processes.
Maintain and improve internal knowledge materials, including process articles, onboarding content, guidelines and ways of working.
Support regional business release activities, including testing coordination and post-release follow-up.
Assist in preparing operational updates, process overviews and stakeholder communications.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, clarity and scalability.
Support regional e-commerce, digital client relations and omnichannel initiatives across Europe.
Assist with project coordination, including workshops, meeting preparation, action tracking, status updates and governance materials.
Prepare presentations, templates and dashboards to support decision-making and progress visibility.
Help monitor milestones, risks, dependencies and key project indicators.
Support alignment between regional teams, Maisons and Group stakeholders.
