The role focuses on building onboarding flows, data migration tooling, and intuitive core interactions for an Angular-based SPA, requiring 3 years of senior experience in a product-led SaaS company.

What you'll do

Design and build onboarding flows and guided implementation experiences that walk new customers through setup.
Build data migration tooling that lets customers import equipment, contacts, and projects reliably, with smart validation and clear, row-by-row error feedback.
Make core interactions feel intuitive and modern.
Remove every unnecessary obstacle between a new customer and their first successful project.
Roll out changes safely and validate impact.
Work closely with sales, support, and customer success to identify friction points and turn moments of confusion into moments of clarity.
