Renesas is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of Bluetooth Low Energy and Multiprotocol MCU products for industrial and IoT applications. The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor or embedded systems, 2+ years in product definition or system architecture, and strong knowledge of wireless standards and microcontroller architectures. The position is remote and based in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.

What you'll do

Own the full lifecycle of Bluetooth Low Energy and Multiprotocol products from concept through end-of-life
Translate customer requirements into clear, prioritized product requirements and go-to-market strategies
Lead marketing requirement documents (MRD) and determine product specifications
Partner with system architects, IC engineering, and product enablement teams
Engage with customers directly and develop strong trusting relationships
Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Product Marketing, UX, Core Tech, Product Enablement, and Applications teams
Establish clear customer use-cases and system requirements
Develop business cases for new investments
Ensure product coherence across silicon, software, kits, and tools
Align with PMO and Technical Product Lead to keep product plan on track
Identify feature gaps and competitive differentiation
Support investment prioritization with data and customer insight
Develop product collateral, fighting guide, and product pricing
Act as primary technical and product interface to customers
Coordinate technical updates, Product Change Notifications (PCN), and Product Discontinuation Notifications (PDN)
