Qogita is hiring a Strategy & Operations Analyst in Amsterdam to work at the intersection of insight and execution, partnering with leadership on high-priority decisions. The role requires 2–3 years in banking, consulting, or high-growth tech/fintech, with strong Excel and SQL skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.

What you'll do

Advise leadership on opportunities and risks backed by quantitative and qualitative analysis
Build and maintain financial models forecasting performance and unit economics
Define key metrics, set SLAs, and build dashboards quantifying operational performance
Design business intelligence tools that detect and diagnose performance issues
Analyze financial data to identify errors, trends, and savings opportunities
Perform deep analyses on large, complex datasets and translate findings into insights and recommendations
