Qogita is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a single surface end to end in building the operating system for modern wholesale. The role requires 5+ years in product, strong numeracy and SQL skills, and the ability to work from economic and physical truths. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid flexibility, offering €80,000–€115,000 plus benefits.

What you'll do

Own the strategy, the specs and the outcome for your area, and be the person accountable when the metric doesn't move
Work from what's economically and physically true: units, margins, lead times, cash cycles, failure rates
Try to delete the thing before you build it
Question whether a process should exist before you automate it
Do your own analysis
Bring the number, the sample size and the reason you might be wrong
Go and look at the actual thing: sit with ops, listen to supplier calls, read the orders that failed
Work directly with engineers, designers, data scientists and the commercial teams, in the room, at pace
