Prosus is seeking a Group Product Manager for its AI Platform in Amsterdam. The role owns the multi-year product strategy for AI infrastructure, leads and mentors a team of product managers, and requires deep technical expertise in generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, and platform products. Candidates need 8+ years in product management, including 3–5 years managing PMs.

What you'll do

Own the multi-year product strategy for the AI platform
Define and sequence the roadmap for agent infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, model deployment pipelines, and shared capabilities
Balance long-term platform investments against immediate high-impact needs
Lead and mentor a team of product managers
Instill product discipline and build the PM talent pipeline
Partner with engineering and applied science leadership to shape technical strategy
Make trade-offs between model performance, latency, cost, and reliability
Turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements
Align stakeholders across functions and geographies
Ensure platform adoption, trust, and measurable impact
