Polarsteps is seeking a Growth Data Scientist to join its Growth & Marketing department in Amsterdam. The role involves analyzing data, developing models, and measuring the impact of growth initiatives to help scale the company to 100M+ users. Requires 5+ years of experience with Python/R, SQL, statistical modeling, and causal inference, plus a background in a relevant field.

What you'll do

Develop data-driven strategies to drive the growth of Polarsteps users in key markets
Apply statistical methods to deep-dive and break down changes to find/understand causal relationships to help inform business decisions
Build, monitor and sustain scalable dashboards to track growth, engagement and monetisation metrics
Communicate to the organization as a whole about growth metrics to help them understand what’s working and what isn’t and help them understand how to drive up MAUs
Contribute to quarterly and yearly planning through growth modelling and impact forecasting
Collaborate closely with product managers, growth and marketing department to understand growth drivers and guide strategic decisions
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing the course of the business
Support senior management team with reporting to external parties (current and prospective investors)
