What you'll do

Build the experimentation platform that lets Picnic try new ideas safely and at scale
Shape specifications for new features with product owners and designers
Discuss trade-offs and push back when something doesn’t add up
Help build a long-term vision for the platform
Work with cross-functional teams across the business
Make it easy for others to succeed
Spot what could be better in the codebase, platform, or team processes and take the lead on fixing it
Take on increasingly challenging projects with full ownership
