FP&A Intern at PepsiCo in Utrecht, supporting the Finance team with planning, forecasting and performance management. The role involves monthly forecasting, P&L analysis, management reporting and turning large datasets into actionable insights. Open to (near-)graduates pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field with strong Excel and analytical skills.

What you'll do

Support monthly forecasting and financial planning processes
Analyze actual performance versus forecast, plan and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances
Prepare clear P&L analysis, management reports and presentations
Support Finance Business Partners with ad-hoc financial analysis and business cases
Work with large datasets to turn financial information into actionable insights and recommendations
Help improve and simplify FP&A reporting, processes and tools, including opportunities for automation
Own a defined internship project or business challenge and present recommendations to the Finance team at the end of the internship
