Software Engineer - Talent Tooling
Optiver is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Global Talent Assessment Tooling Team in Amsterdam. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining talent assessment platforms, requiring 3+ years of full stack development experience with C# .NET or Python, relational databases, and frontend technologies. What you'll do
- Design, develop and maintain our assessment tooling platform and features supporting recruitment
- Collaborate with recruitment teams on a global scale to ensure that the platform is scalable, reliable, and user-friendly
- Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to understand and modify and participate in code reviews to ensure that code meets quality standards
- Utilize frontend technologies (React/Angular) to enhance user interfaces and experiences
