Legal Intern
Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Legal Intern to support its legal and compliance functions, gaining hands-on experience in corporate governance, legal research, and compliance operations. The role involves managing legal documentation, drafting and amending contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance, reporting directly to the Legal Counsel. Candidates must be law students in their 4th year or master's program, fluent in English and Dutch.
What you'll do
- Support the Legal Counsel, particularly in organizing contract lifecycles and managing corporate documents.
- Assist various business departments in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft and amend legal documents as needed.
- Perform other related tasks to support the legal and compliance functions.
