AI & Future of HR Research Intern
NXP Semiconductors is seeking an AI & Future of HR Research Intern to explore how AI adoption is reshaping the role of Local People Partners. The intern will conduct research on AI's impact on HR processes, competencies, and strategic positioning, and provide practical recommendations. The role requires an enrolled Bachelor or Master student in HR or related field, with strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.
What you'll do
- Conduct research on how AI adoption is reshaping the role of Local People Partners
- Examine the impact of AI on HR processes, required competencies, decision-making, and future strategic positioning
- Explore topics such as augmentation of HR activities, changing skill set of HR professionals, impact on employee experience and talent management, and ethical and governance considerations
- Provide practical insights and recommendations for the HR function preparing for an AI-enabled future
